On Friday 25 June 2021, the President and CEO of Eurofood Quality S.A. Dr. Xenophon Verginis had the pleasure and honor to participate, as a keynote speaker, in the successful workshop co-organized by the Region of Western Greece, the Municipality of Pinios and GEFYRA COMMUNICATIONS AMKE, on “Milk, its production, benefits and future in Western Greece in the post-covid-19 era”.
What role should the State and the Region play in order to protect, adequately support and finance the production of the Primary Sector (through Development Programmes), with particular emphasis on the prefectures of Aitoloakarnania, Achaia and Ilia.
The key figures of the Primary Sector of the Region were in the spotlight, while proposals were heard regarding the production of milk in Greece, livestock farming and its future.
